This not-for-profit medical marijuana collective is run by patients for patients in accordance with all medical marijuana laws and statutes:

CA Proposition 215 and Senate Bill 420.

We provide high quality products combined with caring and compassionate service, and a safe and convenient location to fill your prescription.

Toluca Lake Collective (TLC) is licensed by the City of Los Angeles and the State of California.  TLC is on the Pre-Interim Control Ordinance (Pre-ICO) list and is also one of the 186 pre-moratorium collectives registered with the City of Los Angeles.
